- Review all vendor contracts as well as source any remaining service providers that client may need, if required
- Organising the wrap up meeting with appointed vendors
- Design a wedding day timeline for both your wedding day and vendors, so that everyone knows where they need to be and when
- Preparing the wedding day itineraries, overseeing and directing the rehearsal, ceremony and/or reception
- Oversee the set-up and decoration of the reception venue
- Be on-site to coordinate with the Banquet Manager, emcee and other vendors on the flow of events and program ( including playing of march-in-music, photo montage, video, serving of dishes during dinner, etc)
- Control and manage the consumption of wine/ hard liquor/ beer and other beverages during the cocktail hour and reception
- Coordinate to distribute final payments to service providers
- Supervise and assist with service provider clean-up at end of evening

Quite important tips on wedding day coordination. Couple of weeks ago, I arranged my niece’s wedding at one of amazing wedding venues Los Angeles. Decorated venue with lovely flowers and we all enjoyed a lot at this event.
