Our certified Wedding Planners will assist you and your fiancé/fiancée plan and execute your dream wedding hassle free with as low as RM5 per day.

~ Vendor selection and discussion, which include photographer, videographer, makeup artist, flowers, reception decorations, entertainment & sound system, wedding favors and wedding card

~ Assist on arranging accommodation and transportation for out-of-town guests

~ Event programmed design for reception

~ Assist to planning and arranging for a romantic and memorable Honey Moon

Promotion package not includes:

Optional : Wedding Day Coordination (up to 8 hours) RM399

                 (Wedding during holiday eve or public holiday additional RM200)

~ Overseeing and directing the rehearsal at reception

~ Confirm and brief all service providers on the flow of events on the wedding day

~ Ensure delivery of all wedding day accessories, decorations, and miscellaneous items to the wedding and reception sites

~ Oversee the set-up and decoration of the reception venue

~ instruct attendant and helpers about their duties

~ Coordinate with Banquet Manager, emcee and other vendors the flow of events and program (including playing of march-in-music, photo montage, video, serving of dishes during dinner, etc)

~ Control and manage the consumption of wine/ hard liquor/ beer and other beverages during the cocktail hour and reception

~ Coordinate to distribute final payments to service providers

~ Supervise and assist with service provider clean-up at end of evening

~ Valid for wedding from 1^st January 2012 until 31^st December 2012 at Klang Valley area.

~ Booking period 15^th August 2011 until 31^st December 2011.

~ Redemption have to be made at least 4 month before wedding date, optional wedding day coordination based on first come first serve basis

~ Last redemption date must fall on 31^st August 2012 for wedding fall on 31^st December 2012

~ Strictly no extension upon expiry

~ Promotion package excludes:

Complete Wedding Planning

• Initial consultation with bride and groom
• Ongoing consultation and advice on wedding budgetary planning
• Preparing wedding timeline and wedding planning checklist as well as the ongoing updating progress to client
• Assisting in the selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues
• Assisting in choosing wedding colour themes, schemes and styles
• Assisting in the design and printing of wedding invitations and other stationeries
• Recommending appropriate vendors and reviewing their contracts (photographer, videographer, entertainers, caterer, baker, florist and more)
• Assisting in the contacting of vendors (scheduling appointments with vendors and ongoing updates and consultation about vendor’s services and products)
• Preparing the wedding day itineraries, overseeing and directing the rehearsal, ceremony and/or reception
• Co-ordinate accommodation for wedding couple at reception venue
• Assist in coordinating out-of-town guest accommodation and transportation arrangement
• Confirm and brief all service providers on the flow of events on the wedding day
• Ensure delivery of all wedding day accessories, decorations, and miscellaneous items to the wedding and reception sites

• Organising the wrap up meeting with appointed vendors
• Design a wedding day timeline for both your wedding day and vendors, so that everyone knows where they need to be and when
• Preparing the wedding day itineraries, overseeing and directing the rehearsal, ceremony and/or reception
• Oversee the set-up and decoration of the reception venue
• Be on-site to coordinate with the Banquet Manager, emcee and other vendors on the flow of events and program ( including playing of march-in-music, photo montage, video, serving of dishes during dinner, etc)
• Control and manage the consumption of wine/ hard liquor/ beer and other beverages during the cocktail hour and reception
• Coordinate to distribute final payments to service providers
